   Creating something beautiful to wear or use in your home is a very rewarding experience. Most of the images I use to create my textiles are patterns derived from nature or various cultures around the world. 

   I might choose to focus on a fern from the land I live on or mudcloths from Mali. Several dying techniques as well as screenprinting, stamps and stencils are often used on each piece. My work is sometimes sewn into clothing or homeware, as well as incorporated into fine art for display.
